The staff was AMAZING!!! Super helpful and extremely kind (especially Pedro at the front desk). The location was right in the heart of Braga, walking distance to shopping, attractions and restaurants. Perfect location for those who do not have a vehicle. I had an amazing stay at Templo Hotel and Spa in Braga! From start to finish, the service was exceptional. At check-in, Valeria welcomed me with a warm smile and great professionalism — she made me feel right at home. During the night, Luis was very attentive and helpful, making sure everything was perfect. At check-out, João and a lovely lady (whose name I sadly missed) were equally fantastic — kind, efficient, and genuinely engaging. The atmosphere is peaceful, the facilities are spotless, and the location is unbeatable. I truly felt cared for, not just as a guest, but as a valued individual. I’ll definitely be coming back — next time with my family to enjoy it all over again! Highly recommended!
