We fall in love with this place! Every detail is just on its place. So big room, with nice carpets and the interior was breathtaking. Nice quiet little spa area. Walls were soundproof and a/c was powerful. Best food selection at the breakfast, so good tastes. Already miss this place and would definitely come back in other season.

The staff were friendly and were able to accommodate early check-in. The apartment was beautiful and clean. I loved having a wood fireplace. It was nice after a day out in the snow.

Exceptional breakfast. Very nice apartment, with a tub in the bedroom and a balcony. Very clean. Nice staff. The hotel has a spa with saunas, a jacuzzi and a salt room. Location of the hotel is close to the Nosal ski area (for beginners).

The hotel is clean and has a nice cabin wibe, super romantic for couples. Great location just by the main walking street with alot of restaurants and shops. The rooms are big, big beds and big toilet. Fresh water on arrival. The staff were very friendly, we wanted to stay a extra day and wanted to skip a breakfast one day, which was no problem. They were super friendly to tell us how to pay the parking. For me this stay felt like a 4 star hotel, they service and breakfast was amazing with a chief making egg dishes. Homemade bread and desserts. Sauna and pool was top class. The hotel is 2min away from a Lidl market.

Wonderful spa zone with warm pool, the best jacuzzi ever and 4 saunas (2 hot, 1 steam and 1 infrared), very clean and new. Breakfast was best of the best!! Very good and helpful stuff. Location is not very far from restaurants and amuse facilities. Big parking place. Mountain scenery and Zakopane styled houses - what can be better? :)

    The property has excellent facilities, including a decent small gym and a very comprehensive spa area, with swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzis. The breakfast choice is also extremely wide, so there is something for everyone. The location of the hotel is very good - just a two-minute walk from Krupowki and all the shops and restaurants. Also, the current temporary bus station in Zakopane is only a five-minute walk from the hotel, so getting to the mountains for trekking is easy. The atmosphere in the hotel is always relaxing and restful.

    Location was perfect - central Zakopane, but just far enough (100m) away from the noise. Absolutely wonderful, huge, tasty breakfast. Two wonderful restaurants on-site were both very good quality. Wellness centre / SPA was wonderful. Good sauna, jacuzzis etc. Staff helped out with lunch boxes when we had to leave early and missed breakfast. Junior suite had plenty of room, was modern and well decorated. very comfortable with balcony.

    There is a huge choice of breakfast. We were very surprised and happy when we saw the buffet. Spa facilities are great too, especially upstairs ( adults only ), it is nice and peaceful and you have a wide range of saunas, steam rooms and relaxing areas.

    Excellent, wide selection of food/juices/hot drinks during breakfast. Not too big but comfortable spa with 2 saunas, bubble bath, swimming pool and hot tub. The room was large enough and well equipped with a comfortable bed. We have used a squash court too.
