The location was the best ever to exist. It was right in the old town with many restaurants. The best restaurant I ate on was Piu Vicino - an Italian restaurant and it was right below the hotel. Amazing!!!! You have to try their bruschetta if you go, wow the best thing I’ve ever eaten 12/10 stars⭐️ The rooms at the IBB hotel were also amazing. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. Big room and the best part was there is no traffic noice. It was so quiet in the evening that you couldn’t hear anything. We stayed on the 4th floor. Very sweet that they put 2 welcome drinks in the mini bar for free (water and juice I think) not every hotel does that. But we didn’t realize this until we were going home so we let it be. And the staff - so welcoming and nice and helpful. They helped us store our luggage for free when we arrived because we landed early and our room wasn’t ready yet. So good that you can do that so you don’t have to carry all your luggage when your exploring the city. The staff deserves a raise! Always smiled at us and greet us in the morning and made sure everything was good. Overall - the best hotel me and my friend ever stayed at and we have stayed in so many hotels in so many countries and we could agree on that. We will definitely be coming back to you next time we visit Gdansk cause everything was just perfect! Thank you so much ❤️

Really good hotel. We used the spa a lot after long walks through the great city of Gdansk. It took about 5 minutes for us to walk from the hotel to the old town. The train station is very close if you want to use it like for a trip to Sopot, and the great shopping mall Forum is only minutes away.

Very nice, beautifully decorated hotel with friendly stuff. Very nice breakfast with a lot of choices. What I like the most is the cleanness of everything and politeness of the stuff. Toiletries used in the premisses smells amazing.

Amazing breakfast, more than 100 dishes. Rare things, like smoked fish, vitamin shots. You can eat fresh waffles. Local specialties like root cucumbers, local hams. Very nice spa facility with sauna and massages available. Nice rooms with view to river and old town.

The location of the hotel is excellent, the room is cozy and clean, a beautiful view to the river through the room window, excellent internet connection, there are many shops nearby that are open for quite a long time, delicious breakfast with good options and also in hotel is a great restaurant, where you can enjoy traditional dishes while having dinner, helpful reception staff, great spa.
