To start of I want to appreciate the hospitality. For example the housekeeper . Eric who brought honey for my soar throat upon one phone call. Further the services such as complementary airport pick and drop off, late checkout, room upgrade, executive lounge and security really show the good value for money! Its one of the finest hotels I have visited in pakistan. Very well trained staff and very cooperative desk managmnt. Our flight was delayed so we reached late for check in but no complaints from the staff instead they gave us suit room thn delux which we booked. Our stay was highly pleasnt. Everything was perfect.
