The receptionist is really humble, cheerful, calm, helpful and amazing! Love her, we always wanna stay here because of her. And the room was clean, have a small and basic gym for us to use and good environment.

The property was very easy to find. The instructions on how to get in were very clear. The property is just like the pictures, maybe even better. It is walkable to the waterfront and many restaurants and bars. The beds are VERY comfortable! The hosts were very accessible and kept in touch. We would definitely recommend to stay here! Wish we could have stayed longer.

The hotel is very well located and in easy walking distance of the city centre and close to restaurants. It was decorated really well with beautiful artworks. The layout of the ground floor with rooms for sitting and reading, talking with friends/family, eating own food, playing board games or using laptops was really functional and comfortable. We loved the staff t shirts and would have purchased one if they had been for sale! The staff were all amazing. We arrived at 1am in the morning and checking was easy, thank you.

All food in the restaurant and the magnificant staff serving. The king size bed was wonderful to sleep in. We intend buying one when back in sydney. Arranging a taxi for use whithout a complaint.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. we had car troubles and the concierge Teina must of seen we were in a bind and he helped us out to get our car battery recharged. We were so grateful as we travelled from overseas unfamiliar with the area and borrowed a car from our brother who lived far from the city. Teina made us feel like our troubles were no trouble to him. Grateful for people like him.
