Everything since our arrival was short of perfect, from the service during check-in to the buggy service from the room when checking-out. Our villa was beautiful, absolutely spotless and clean. Love the welcome slide on our tv and the chocolate truffles / pralines on the table when we entered our villa, the spacious bathroom, the (overly) smart toilet seat etc. The overall vibe of the villa made us feel like we were in a resort overseas.

The service was excellent, the staff were very helpful. Thank you for the manager Zahary who helped a lot during my stay making it more comfortable, feels like staying at home. Definitely coming back to Concorde for the next trip. The little convenience store and 24 hours room service were very helpful.
