My stay was absolutely wonderful! The service was exceptional — the staff were always ready to help with any question and made me feel truly welcome. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of tasty options, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Everything was perfectly organized, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I’d definitely come back again!

Had a good time while having dinner at your lounge. Relaxing music from Batak Group, with dedicated wish and singing our anniversary. Good waiter and barmen..only curious why can't enter melting pot, only applicable if having buffet, almost spoiled my anniversary, luckily the lounge staff were so good. Buffet breakfast also good spread with local and international dishes. Front office also fast during check in/out.
