The friendliness of the whole staff, including the guides of snorkeltrips and restaurants. Mr Tiger was very helpful and arrange trips, birthdaysurprises etc. The room was very spacious, clean and has a perfect view on the beach. Breakfast was good, diner in restaurants delicious. We had a lot of fun during our watersports (snorkeltrips) with the funny but also helpfull staff. Kaani Grand seaview was in a perfect spot, directly in front of lovely bikinibeach and shops. Absolutely recommendable!!!

Our stay at Arena Beach Resort was absolutely incredible, and a big part of that was because of Reena, who made us feel welcomed and cared for throughout our entire visit. From the moment we arrived, Reena greeted us with a warm smile and ensured that every aspect of our stay was perfect. The resort itself is stunning, with breathtaking ocean views, pristine beaches, and well-maintained facilities. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The infinity pool on level 10 was a highlight—it offered amazing views of the ocean and was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The hospitality at Arena was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. They collected us from the port and dropped us off at the resort in a golf buggy, which made our arrival and departure so easy and convenient. We left with unforgettable memories and a deep appreciation for the warmth and kindness we experienced. Worth every penny. Excellent location, close to everything. The room is more spacious, clean and tidy than my expectation. The hotel is next to tour offices, restaurants, bars and they usually play loud music in the evening, but the music shuts down at 10pm. Staffs are super friendly, helpful and kind. I also booked the tour packages with them and had great experience in the water.
