I have never seen cleaning the room twice a day before! Although we’ve been to lots of hotels. the Staff is amazing!! always ready to help and make us happy and pleased❤️ we had a family room and it was specious, very big and comfortable, with three rooms including one living room, microwave and fridge, two bathrooms, ACs and TVs in every room. Channels amazing especially for kids. big choice of cartoons. every room had a balcony with table and chairs. sunbeds and umbrellas were provided by hotel. we had more than enough drinking water bottles daily in the room. Food was great!! kids loved the burgers😂😍 Special thanks for keeping us and our luggage in the hotel after the checkout. they gave us not only a space for bags in reception but also a small room to rest and shower ❤️ in Short, the property is highly recommended! 🫠

This was probably my wife and I 6th vacation spent at luxury resort across the Far East /Indian Ocean area, even the Mediterranean and hands down this is by far the BEST most memorable vacation we’ve experienced so far and credit goes entirely to the brilliant service we’ve received. Not only were the facilities and water villa we stayed at impeccable and beautiful but gosh the service we’ve received, the warmth of the staff, the attention to details, the fantastic tasty meals we’ve had - not a single food item we’ve consumed was below fantastic-. The attention and hospitality we’ve received from the resort resident manager Mr. Fernando was truly unparalleled. So friendly, professional and courteous we’ve decided to come back in 4 weeks!
