World class excellent hotel. Check in and check our process nice and easy. Location, state-of-the-art premises, super helpful staff, immaculate. Excellent and abundant breakfast with vegan options. Though the hotel was not fully booked, it seems that facilities have the proper dimensions when at full capacity. We really had a fantastic stay!

What an amazing boutique hotel! Great views of the mountain and sea. It's very peaceful and in close proximity to Kotor old town and other attractions/ towns - especially if you have a car with the added benefit of being away from the hussle and bussle. The staff really did make a huge difference - extremely helpful, friendly and always smiling. No request ever seemed to be an issue! Could not recommend this hotel any more.

An absolute fantastic place to stay. Excellent location with beautiful views from the upper 2 bedroom apartment. Pictures didn't do it justice. Easy walk into Kotor. No nasty cruise ships parked in the bay in your line of sight. Staff was so helpful and friendly.

The location couldn't be more central, it was in the middle of old town, less than 5 mins walk to cafe/bars/restaurants and 10 mins walk to the bus station. The staff was super and was able to accommodate any requests. Highly recommend

After being received with a warm welcome message and a drink from CEO of the hotel, we were upgraded to a suite. Furthermore, the food and beverages Manager Mr. Gul Raiz made sure that we were provided with many varieties of breakfast every morning 😀 Also, he has helped us with the small heating issue at the beginning of our stay. I can only give my full recommendation for this property!

    We had a perfect stay at Palazzo Banicevic Luxury Rooms. The rooms were very spacious and clean and the pool was amazing. The hospitality of the staff is outstanding and the freshly baked cookies were a great surprise we will not forget. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant Boka Bay was also exceptional. We would recommend both the property and the restaurant Boka Bay to anyone visiting and we look forward to staying again, hopefully soon.

    The hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms were luxurious and comfortable. The shower - heaven! The breakfast selection was great and the staff were very friendly. Also the terrace for breakfast had a view like a movie backdrop. The spa was also amazing and I had a truly relaxing massage. The beach at the hotel was phenomenal - crystal clear water and great facilities.

    Everything is amazing. The roof pool is usually very quiet and is utterly stunning. A must see. You receive an hour in the private spa room with your stay, and that’s very relaxing. Sauna etc. Breakfast is 3 courses and has a menu, setting you up for the day. The location is incredibly convenient for access to Kotor, being a 10 minute stroll along the promenade.
