Peaceful hotel nicely located between 2 beautiful beaches that are completely different feels than usual sri Lankan pretty crowded beaches. Staff is really nice and helpful, massages are amazing, pool is clean as it’s everything. Truly recommend this place you won’t regret it.

This is truly a hidden gem. If you book Dinesh's place you will get what is in the photos but at the same time you will get sooooo much more that can't be captured by a camera. You get the honor of being accepted by a local Sri Lankan family as one of their own. This warm hearted family will go to extra lengths to make you feel like in a home away and hard to leave :-). Compared to tourist hot spots in Sri Lanka, Dinuli is offering a unique experience at a reasonable price. Bottom line is if you are after something authentic this is a place for you and not a hotel with 24 hour service. Apart from accommodation, beach is amazing and for a change you can actually swim without being slammed by huge waves. They are manageable. You will not make a mistake if you book Dinuli. The overall atmosphere at this place was amazing. This is a home outside home. Massages were perfect, evening drinks and dinners on the beach, the local dog always guarding our doorstep during the night and many more wonderful memories of our stay. Barbara and all the staff were so helpful, welcoming and kind. You go to sleep with the sound of the waves and when you close your eyes you are looking forward for their wonderful breakfast :) We will definitely visit again next time we come to Sri Lanka.

This was an amazing sanctuary for me at the end of the active days I was there. You can hear the sound of the waves crashing at night which was the perfect white nose to put me to sleep :) There was this one time when I could not get hold of anyone via the landline, however, the staff was super friendly and very responsive once you get hold of them. The manager was very accommodating and everybody was attentive with a big smile. The hotel is within walking distance of many local stores (restaurants and pharmacies) and also close to the bus and train stations.

Fabulous breakfast 3 of our party opted for the Sri Lankan option and were not disappointed. Loved the fresh juice and fruit alongside the string hoppers and curry of which there was plenty.
