We got so much warm welcome with all of the staff members! They arrange everything for us. Tuk Tuk trip with privat guide and Taxi to and from their hotel. The room was spacious and very clean. Restaurant with great food. We can highly recomend to stay with Residence 1960.

Mostly the staff, from frontest, to the cleaning staff, to the employees in the bar/restaurant. Plus points: Welcome drink and fruits, 1 time pick up or drop off, the pool, the big room. we sadly couldn‘t taste the breakfast as we have to leave for Bangkok. For that price it was excellent. we cannot recommend this hotel enough. whenever we come back to Siem Reap we will stay here again.

The staff at Eightfold were the most attentive of any hotel I have ever been to! We arrived much earlier than we had expected (about 2am!) but they set us up with a private room to nap in and shower. They were really informative about tours and sights to see in the area. The hotel also offered free transport to and from town centre in the evening. Every time we left the hotel they gave us a phone with a Cambodian sim card just incase we needed anything. The hotel itself was beautiful. The pool area was perfect, very calm and clean. The cocktails were also excellent!

Very friendly and welcoming staff, clean, comfortable, and well climatised rooms, very decent facilities, and central location (5 mins walk from pub street). I stayed during low season and they even let me check out a bit later. Highly recommend.

Very modern hotel, decorated with wood and plants, makes you feel very relaxed. Room was huge and so it was the bathroom. The bed (believe me, if you’re on a long trip this is important) is big and the mattress is in perfect condition. There is no noise at all outside, so you can sleep like a baby. And the swimming pool is just perfect. Young fellas run the business. They will take very good care of you. Thanks for everything!

The property is beautiful, with a serene pool surrounded by palm trees that gives a true tropical and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained, and the overall ambiance is calm and welcoming. The staff were exceptionally kind and professional — when I faced an unexpected emergency just a few hours before check-in, they were incredibly understanding and helpful with the cancellation process.
