Extremly satisfied with the hotel. We to the other Intercontinental and there were kind enough to send a car to pick us up! the room is fantastic big and well decorated with a beautiful vue on the Pier. it’s next to the Marine walk with plenty of shops and restaurants.

APA Hotel standards are not only met but exceeded at this location. The rooms offer everything you would expect from an APA, along with fantastic options for views. The hotel itself is incredibly convenient, featuring several stores right inside. There’s also a restaurant on the first floor, but if that doesn’t suit your taste, a nearby mall and a bustling street with plenty of businesses provide ample dining and shopping options. Overall, a top-notch experience—10/10, highly recommended!

Intercontinental Yokohama Grand is one of those places that I thought I’d never go simply because it looks to good to be true. Once I booked, I was very excited to stay really close to the Park, the Minatomirai Station and just enjoy Yokohama with an amazing view from my hotel window. It was amazing. The room was perfectly cleaned, staff was helpful with everything that we needed and, again, the location is simply incredible. Everything is around you. The price isn’t inflated, in my opinion. I’ve seen hotels charge a lot more and offer a lot less.

Came here for the baths which were wonderful. Hotel is set up like a typical Japanese Inn. Waterfront with the World Porters shopping centre across the road. Shuttle bus from Yokohama station.

In general a superb place to stay in connection with an international flight to/from Haneda. Extremely convenient location a 5 minute walk inside from the terminal, and also a number of shops and restaurants in the same building complex as the hotel. Super nice onsen public bath that was included with the room charge. Great service and amenities etc.
