From the moment we arrived we loved the hotel. In the heart of Nara, only a stone's throw away from the deer park. The hotwl was clean, staff were so accommodating, and the advice they gave us on Nara was second to none. The private bath was such a lovely touch in the evening. Very comfortable, traditional Ryokan. Welcoming staff, excellent food and comfortable rooms. A little way out of Nara but all the main sites were easily accessible and public transport within 10-15 minutes walk. I would definitely recommend.
