Super comfy room, traditional Japanese style with some modern additions like TV, Nespresso etc Onsen small but clean, high quality shampoo and all the other things. Very good food and service. Free beer and drinks in the lobby in the evening .Hotel decoration with art and flower compositions makes it look like a museum. Personal is very friendly and helpful.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was really good. The rooftop offers a wonderful view of Kobe, and the onsen facilities included in the stay were absolutely fantastic – in Europe we would probably call it a sauna or wellness. Everything is wonderful. Staff have provided good take care of us. This is the first time in Japan if we come next time. We will select this hotel again. So comfortable 7-11 just in front of property
