The views of the Kobe Harbour were stunning. Our room was always cleaned so well. The staff at the front desk was happy, polite and informative. They suggested restaurants and stores to us when we asked and they were a hit!!! We loved ending our day on the roof top with a cold beverage and a chicken snack from the Family Mart located right next door to the hotel!

Love it all, Service, free noodles between 9.30-11pm even though we only tried it once. The onsen facility was amazing. The had hot Spring and cold spring inside and hotspring bathtube and a hotspring pool outside in open air. There are massaging area. Free icecream. Just one step from China Town. Bonus Free laundry wash at the 14th floor.

A lovely and very welcoming hotel, surprisingly easy to reach by train from Kansai airport. The onsen is fabulous, and breakfast superb. We would stay here again.

Beautiful. Really gorgeous hotel with some cool private onsen options - would highly recommend the cave bath if you have tattoos and can’t enjoy the public baths.
