The location of the hotel was perfect. Close to a lot of restaurants and supermarkets. The room was nicely decorated and clean. We had good views over Petra. The staff was super helpful, they provide free shuttle to Petra visitor centre that's a bonus. Breakfast is also good and again views are fascinating. We really enjoyed our stay, and if we ever come to Petra in the future, we will happily stay here again.

Really loves this place. The view over the area is amazing. Room is big and comfortable. Staff go above and beyond to try and make your trip better. Breakfast in the morning was good with plenty of options to get you going. Beds were comfy as. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained as well.

Best quality and cleanliness we have found in Jordan so far! We got a welcome drink at arrival, and take away breakfast for our visit to Petra! Staff is friendly and very helpful, Mohammed at reception gave us many good tips for our visit to Petra. Breakfast is abundant and delicious. We had a nice chat with the owner, which is a great guy, and we realized how much he cares for quality and cleanliness of his place (plus he speaks perfect Italian which is a nice bonus!) Location is great and the hotel offers free transport from and to Petra entrance.

very nice and quiet hotel very close to the entrance to Petra. Everything was super clean and the room big and we could really warm up in the winter time. Everything looked new and very well maintained. The breakfast had a great selection of everything. Staff was friendly. Such a nice little hotel next to giants next door.

! I had a fantastic experience at Petra Inbox Hostel. The location is unbeatable—just a few minutes’ walk from the Petra Visitor Centre, which made it super convenient for early morning exploration. The capsule-style beds were surprisingly comfortable and clean, offering just the right amount of privacy. What truly made the stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and went out of their way to help with anything I needed. They gave great tips for visiting Petra and even offered a delicious lunch box option for the hike. The entire hostel was very clean, the atmosphere was cozy, and the shared spaces were perfect for meeting other travelers. It’s excellent value for money, especially considering the facilities like lockers, Wi-Fi, and even an optional shuttle service. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Petra, especially solo travelers or backpackers looking for a friendly, well-located, and affordable place to stay. I’ll definitely come back
