The location is perfect, close to the best parts of Amman but also feels like you’re in more of a quiet neighbourhood. The bed was comfortable and the rooms exceptionally clean. I had a nice view of the city from my balcony. The breakfast was also good. All the staff are friendly and kind. The highlight was the spa, I booked a massage from Abdurrahman who was very skilled. Another time I used the spa facilities only and Hussam was very attentive and dedicated to making sure you are relaxed.

A really great hotel from the friendly welcome at the entrance, to the reception, the concierge service, the breakfast, the beautiful, extremely large room, the breathtaking view on the 20th floor and above all the friendly and courteous staff!

Excellent hotel, very helpful staff. Ms. Yara welcomed us like in the best way. We felt like kings. Thank you very much for your hospitality. We were offered upgrade to suite. Jacuzzi is very good. Very clean and everything new and shiny. Definetwly we will come back.

The man at the reception was very cooperative and very kindly carried the bags to the room and the room was as described a room with a wonderful view you can see everything in front of you it has a double bed and the sheets were very clean and the room is arranged in a distinctive way they even put you hospitality with a bottle of water and the breakfast was kind of good but the quality of the food is a little different from what I expected but despite that my stay in the hotel was comfortable and I was happy in the end thank you very much

Excellent stay at The Four Seasons Amman. Staff were so good nothing was too much. Concierge service was great arranging trips to Petra and Dead Sea in private car. Overall had amazing stay.
