The stay was a 10/10! The hosts Luca and Alberto, as well as their mom, are simply wonderful people! We have never experienced such hospitality before. The homemade breakfast was amazing! They explained everything to us and even asked if we had any intolerances to certain ingredients. The fact that they always wanted to make sure we were happy and even provided a baby bed free of charge was just incredible! Even in the wellness area, there were absolutely no problems with the baby! The best B&B we have ever stayed at! Highly, highly recommended! Hopefully we’ll see each other again soon! Lots of love

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel in Gardone Riviera, but what truly made it special was the kindness and professionalism of the staff – especially Miki, the waiter at breakfast and by the pool. Miki was incredibly attentive and kind to both of us and our 2-year-old son. Always smiling, helpful, and thoughtful, he made sure we felt welcome and comfortable every single morning. He went out of his way to make our little one feel at ease, which meant a lot to us as traveling parents. This is an amazing hotel, very grand with excellent facilities. Be positioned on the lake was so picturesque, the staff were very helpful and restaurants superb.

Wow. Excellent place and location. The staff is great and very freindly and service perfect. We loved the room as well as the whole hotel:-) so beautiful swimming pools. Great service also in the spa with excellent massages to re-energize. The restaurant serve very good food and no problem to ask for variation or something not on menu.
