Excellent location in the heart of the old town and 5 minute walk to the harbour and sea front and lots of restaurants nearby. The accommodation is superb with quality furnishings and beautiful interior design. The spa treatments are first class and all the staff were helpful and accommodating. A wonderful and authentic hotel. Friendly and professional staff, lovely location, quite rooms with a view of the sea. All areas of the hotel were very clean and the food was beautifully prepared and presented. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The beach is reached by the hotel shuttle service, which runs regularly. The spa is separate and therefore an additional payment, but the outdoor pool is perfect and has sun loungers and beds freely available. The hotel can arrange a taxi to take you into the local town which is about 3km away. We also arranged for the hotel to provide our airport transfers - very efficient both there and back.

The hotel is ideally located near the port and the commercial area of Castellammare Del Golfo. If you have a vehicle, it's easy (and safe) to park for free in the streets nearby. The rooms are large, confortable and well equipped. Breakfast buffet is very nice. There is a lot of restaurants around (maximum 10 minutes walking) on the port or in the shopping streets. Castellammare is a good place to stay to visit the region between Palermo and Marsala
