Hassle free management, The room was simple and had everything you need for a family to stay. The room was cleaned every day and fresh towels given. We never had any trouble or complains regarding anything staying there. The staff was kind and sweet. Easy accessibility to food, shopping, attractions and very safe location.

The room was very clean, the facilities were good, and overall, it was a comfortable stay. The room itself was virtually soundproof: my room was right next to the breakfast room, but you wouldn't think so, as when I was inside my room I couldn't hear a thing! The breakfast was of an incredible quality, and there were gluten-free options on offer, too. The staff were very professional and welcoming.

Everything was awesome.First of all,I would like to say everyone "thank you".They were so helpful(especially Luka and Bruno) and kind.The location is perfect.You can walk everywhere.The guest house was so safe and secure.The room is designed beautifully.You have got everything you need (even wine🤣) .It was so clean💯.I used hotel's transfer and they were punctual and it was a nice journey.They told me about some historical places.The breakfast place was nice and the food was delicious.Spagna 51 has become my home in Rome.Whenever I come,I will prefer.Thank a bunch!

We absolutely loved our stay at Essenza House! The location was perfect—within walking distance to the city center, yet in a calm and safe neighborhood. The bus stop was conveniently around the corner, making it easy to explore the city. Our room was spotless and well-maintained, with housekeeping available every morning. The owner was incredibly helpful, providing us with all the information we needed upon arrival and always available in case we needed anything. There were also some lovely cafés and restaurants nearby, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

The hotel’s location, cleanliness, bed comfort, being in a building with character, and its decoration made it a great experience for us. The staff was helpful. After a long and sleepless journey, they allowed us to check in early. When we were leaving, we were also able to leave our luggage to spend a few more hours in the city. If we go back to Rome, we will definitely stay here again.

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel in a great location in the Monti area. Everything from our reception with the welcome drink to the bar and restaurant was perfect. The staff were all exceptionally kind and helpful, we felt very welcome and comfortable here. The interiors were so beautiful and we really loved the style. So many cool details, not only in the decor but also sweet touches like the lovely snacks in the room. Loved the small boutique feel with all the luxury amenities and privacy of super high end hotels. Everything felt very luxurious. I'm not going to be able to stay anywhere else in Rome after this! Thank you so much! Wish we could have stayed longer!!
