Amazing hotel, beautiful & elegant design in every single detail, very clean and refined room, delicious breakfast, very helpful & kind staff! The room was beautiful and we also had a wonderful private terrace! The staff was very kind, they wrote a welcome card in our language which we found in our room upon check in. Thank you! Really enjoyed it!

Everything is new, each room is spacious, well-lit, and well-furnished. Overall, this is a great place to stay. The beds are very comfortable, and the air quality in the room is excellent thanks to a well-maintained AC system. ​Toiletries include both bar and liquid soap, though I personally prefer the solid option. ​The breakfast buffet is always stocked with the freshest items, I genuinely couldn't find anything I didn't like.. Additionally, you can request freshly pressed orange juice and other made-to-order kitchen items, which, while an extra charge, are absolutely worth it. ​I truly felt like I found a home away from home and hope to come back soon. Special thanks to the personnel, the nicest people even with someone as demanding and insufferable as me.

Everything was awesome.First of all,I would like to say everyone "thank you".They were so helpful(especially Luka and Bruno) and kind.The location is perfect.You can walk everywhere.The guest house was so safe and secure.The room is designed beautifully.You have got everything you need (even wine🤣) .It was so clean💯.I used hotel's transfer and they were punctual and it was a nice journey.They told me about some historical places.The breakfast place was nice and the food was delicious.Spagna 51 has become my home in Rome.Whenever I come,I will prefer.Thank a bunch!

We absolutely loved our stay at Essenza House! The location was perfect—within walking distance to the city center, yet in a calm and safe neighborhood. The bus stop was conveniently around the corner, making it easy to explore the city. Our room was spotless and well-maintained, with housekeeping available every morning. The owner was incredibly helpful, providing us with all the information we needed upon arrival and always available in case we needed anything. There were also some lovely cafés and restaurants nearby, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend!
