Very simple process to pickup the key. The host provided all the information in advance clearly. The apartment is in ground floor and with elderly people within our group was perfect. It is very centrally located within Pisa and the apartment was very quiet. The city center can be reached by foot within 10 minutes. Good place to choose for a short stay in Pisa.

Overall our experience was amazing! The water in the thermals was perfect and the area around the hotel is beautiful. The breakfast buffet offered lots of choices exactly what you expect from a good 5 star hotel. Additionally they have upgraded our booking to a luxury suite which came as a very nice surprise treat

Excellent location to old city and train station. They had bikes for use to bike around the old city. Staff was very helpful in recommending restaurants and making reservations for dinner. Very accomodating for gluten free needs at breakfast.

Everything ! It was a very nice experience, away from the tourist crowds but still close to everything, Pisa, sea, Volterra, Lucca.... After a hot day, you can cool off in the very clean and well-maintained swimming pool. The property is also well maintained.

We loved the villa, it was perfect for our trip, comfortable and clean and such a good location to walk into Lucca. Walter was the perfect host, so helpful and friendly and happy to help us out or offer assistance booking transport. Walter and his Father were also kind enough to drive us to the station. I'd love to come back to Lucca and would definitely stay at Villa Camilla again, we all had such a wonderful time. We were all sad to leave.
