Vero comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast and afternoon tea served daily, great view from the balcony and & very helpful staff. Good wellness area too, with a steam room and sauna. Bike room available for storing bikes and re-charging.

Amazing facilities and very good SPA and breakfast. For the SPA, there are a lot of different pools and saunas, relaxation areas and even some snacks. For the breakfast, very good selection of food and you can press your own juice as well (which I haven't seen anywhere before).
Hotel has a ski shop downstair which offer a good selection of free staff such backpacks and bicycles for sport activities such as hiking, which was very nice.

Clean and comfortable environment. Friendly and helpful staff! The wellness centre is really well kept (I am very picky about the cleanliness and care of the SPA and this has fully satisfied)

The hotel is absolutely amazing, located near to the cable car.
The suite interior design very stylish, modern, spacious size of the living area and the bathroom. Well equipped and spotlessly clean.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, assist with a car parking and the luggage. Took us to a welcoming tour on SPA facilities and sauna area.
The breakfast is tasty and varied.

Very clean (the ladies organized everything so nicely that we were in shock in a good way) and a cozy room to stay. Nice spa area where you can relax after skiing. Friendly staff. Nearby to the Pinzolo lift as well as convenient near to the city center of Pinzolo.

Amazing pool, spa and sauna facilities. Everything is modern, new and clean and there are so many different sauna and pool areas to relax in.
Had one of the best massages, the masseur really got into the sore muscles after skiing.

The location is very good, close to the ski lift. The breakfast was good. We liked especially the dinner with salad bar, cheese bar and 4 courses with multiple choise. THere is a wellness with sauna and a 13m swimming pool which we enjoyed.
