The staff were all so welcoming and accommodating we really felt at home. The concierge was very knowledgeable and helped us with all of our bookings and dinner reservations. The room and facilities were high end, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and served on the beautiful roof top terrace with incredible views of the city. Will definitely be staying here again when back in Milan

The whole place was clean and organized, didn’t have too much decorations or anything else. The beds were super comfy, with enough pillows. The mini fridge was free and re stocked every day (that absolutely surprised me) and we had a kettle with coffee and small snacks available. Also, there is a room outside with a machine to re fill your water if you have a water bottle and are going out. They gave each one of us a free welcome drink at the bar and discount on their restaurant. The staff were very nice and helpful at all times.

We got to the train station early, around 09:00 and the lady offered to keep our luggage at that time and put it into our room when it would be ready. The access was fully electrical with codes, so she showed it to us and asked us to not go to the room just yet, since guests were staying there still. But we had no need of that. Got the access and just started wandering around Milan. Used the close by Metro or walked to the train station for other metro lines.

The apartment was lovely and comfortable, and the hot tub was really wonderful after days of traveling and walking, especially with my arthritis. There's 3 coffee shops, a mini market, and a butcher shop all just around the corner, and the neighborhood is quiet. The place was sparkling clean, and the owner was very nice.
