This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. Its always clean and comfortable and is only a short walk to the tram that takes you straight to Venice. We went to the hotel early to drop off our luggage and we so happy to hear that our room was already ready and we could check in. They also let us check out and keep our luggage in a secure room while we explored Venice one last time as we had a late night flight. Can't fault this hotel at all and would stay here a third time if we come back to Venice.

We were on our family trip and we decided to visit Venice just for a day. We were traveling by car and the option of the free parking on site or the hotels own underground garage was super convenient. We decided to park at the underground garage which is 15 Euro per night which is in our opinion a fair price. Hotel is located outside of Mestre close to many shopping centers and what is more important just next to the bus station from which you can take a 24H bus line directly to Venice. The ride takes only 20 minutes and another great thing about the hotel is the fact that you can buy the bus tickets at the reception desk. And the reception desk staff is really kind and helpful, all of them, and in our case specifically the receptionist called Luca. Helped us a lot with all infos about the hotel, public transport, Venice and so on… Breakfast offer is enough for a short stay like ours, had everything we needed, dinner menu also just enough. Only thing we noticed are the room bathroom facilities which are clean but they need a refreshment. It didn’t bother us but is something to think about. Another great thing, especially for our little son was the interactive wall at the hotel entrance…had a lot of fun…all in all a great stay…we will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Venice :)

The apartment is beautiful. You feel like in a little Venetian Palace. It has a wonderful view and it has everything you need. Clean, spacious and with lots of light. The receptionists of the hotel are extremely attentive and responsive.

The room was very clean and with a modern decoration. The hotel is beautiful and well located. A very good experience for a break. We didn't use the spa but the shower with coloured led lights in our room was a relaxing experience.

It's a nice place to relax. Clean. Everything you need is there. Hearing is tolerable. Getting to the center of Venice by bus is not a problem, the stop is close by. Parking is convenient. Check in/check out is fast and convenient. Breakfast is a little sparse

From all our experience, the only thing we really liked was the breakfast. There was enough variety and quantity. The SPA area was generally good. Great sauna.
