it is such an amazing place. so great to see the sun going down while eating in this awesome yard at the terasse. the owner is such a nice guy! he is always there if you need anything. we were there with our son who was 3years old and everything was perfect!

The place is astonishing, a 18-century property refurbished partly as an accomodation, partly as a place for people with special needs, who also work at the premises. Beautiful sorroundings, breakfast in a very nice courtyard. All the peace you can find. Is in the countryside, still very near Modica and also Scicli. The apartment given to us was OK, it has a private open space with a big table and chairs. IMHO an excelent place to have relax and nice tours nearby.

Beautiful room in the peaceful and beautiful Val del Noto area of Sicily. Hotel all at ground level, although as always, steps here and there (e.g. from reception to breakfast area) so check step-free access if you need it, before booking. Our room had an upper gallery area with large double bed and then lower area with double sofa bed, shower room, wardrobe, TV and a small table and chairs for 4. Perfect for a family of 3 adults. All spotlessly clean and a delicious breakfast for 8 Euros per person. Pool looked amazing but not quite warm enough to swim yet in early May (22/25c). Hotel reached by its own exit of the interstate (!) and plenty of hotel parking available on its private land outside hotel grounds.

Room was very tidy and breakfast snacks were included. Smart tv was nice, got to catch up on some netflix. It is 100% as you see in the pictures and worth the money. There is a good pizzeria a few doors down "Pizzart" which was very nice. And parking was rather easy to find. Owner was super nice and helpful
