I love this hotel so much i came back for my 2nd visit. It's a bit like staying in a beautiful big family home. Claudia and Oskar are the most wonderful and friendly hosts, their boys and other staff could not be more lovely. My cute little single bedroom was immaculately clean. The breakfast is excellent with gluten free and vegetarian options. This year I discovered the fantastic wellness rooms with spa, sauna, steam bath etc. Location is perfect just a one minute flat walk to the bus stop.

Everything! The facilities, the design and feels of this Hotel are beautiful. Staff is extremely professional and polite, definitely most polite staff we’ve ever come across in hotels. Eager to assist us with finding ski instructor, driving us with shuttle etc. Rooms are outstanding.

It was a very pleasant stay! The room was well-equipped and warm, with a balcony offering a beautiful view of the mountains. Amazing hotel with a stunning view of the dolomites! The staff were very attentive and polite especially Sandra and Barbara! Everything from the very clean and modern accommodations, excellent amenities and many activities, the Masseur Ronland also fantastic! Very friendly and helpful staff. The dinners were delicious and very filling. Good breakfast buffet. I believe I was upgraded to a double room from a single. The room was spacious and warm, cleaned daily. Lots of communal areas inside and outside to relax. I had a balcony with views on the town and the mountains.

The food was amazing. A lot of choice for everyone (fruits, salads, cheese, bread, meat, etc.). The menu changes everyday. We had BBQ one night and fishes the second one. Plates were well prepared.
