The room was very clean and everything was new. The owner was very helpful about anything. I checked-in around 20.00 and I didn’t have any problem because the owner explained everything with details. He was so kind and friendly. The location of the hotel is very good, there are a lot of bars and restaurants and touristic places.

The staff is very friendly. The breakfast a la cart amazing. Very quiet room.

The apartment had everything we needed including a microwave, hairdryer and was in walking distance from many locations we went to. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

A very high quality hotel, decorated with good Tuscan taste, the rooms are equipped with all the necessary equipment, a very comfortable bed. A small high-quality spa, a small pool heated to a temperature of about 35 degrees, there are jacuzzi streams in the pool, a small hammam, a small gym, we received a massage treatment from an excellent therapist. A well-kept, quiet and pleasant dining room with a variety of delicious and fresh food. Excellent staff service. The hotel is located about a 30 minute walk to the city center, the hotel has a shuttle service several times a day round trip, in short an excellent and high quality hotel highly recommended for travelers in Florence
