The staff were very warm and welcoming. Very helpful with any inquiries. The location is great! Walking distance to the nearest swimming beach and bikes available if we wanted to use them. A cute little spa room with infrared sauna and spa, robes provided and tea and water available. Room good size and bed very comfortable.

The design of the hotel. Staff. Breakfast. We only eat once re dinner which was very good but we prefer to eat out.

Good location. 30m from the lake and a nice promenada with restaurants and terraces.
It has a roof terrace with lake view. It has elevator and the room is really spacious, with kitchen. Breakfast was good and friendly staff.

This was an impromptu stop on the way to Venice so we had no idea about the area or expectations for the hotel and it completely exceeded all expectations. The property is beautiful and set directly on the lake. The staff were polite, attentive and seemed happy to help with anything. The spa facilities included were excellent, it was great to have both indoor and outdoor pools as well as the Sauna. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choice. Overall just a great experience and already booked our next stay.

The staff were so attentive, the breakfast a brilliant spread, great cocktails, amazing location, and excellent on site restaurants and food. The spa was fantastic, with great relaxation areas, and it was super easy to rent water sports equipment.
