The staff is amazing and super helpful. The room was neat and clean. The breakfast was fantastic with really nice tea and sweets options.

we have been to this hotel already and whenever we came back to pozza is a must! the place itself is beautiful well kept modern clean and stylish room are big (we were in the suite this time) but even the “luxurious” room are beautiful, the staff is extremely professional approachable and friendly. as said if you ever going to be in pozza di Fassa this hotel is a must!
