Everything is exceptional. Beautiful interior, awesome location, fantastic food. The hotel team is very caring and going out of their ways to accommodate the guests - starting from the reception desk, to the restaurant and cleaning. The parking host went an extra mile today to help us when we were struggling to enter the location of the next destination of our journey after Bologna - we were so surprised and happy to find him double-checking on us at the point we were already frustrated in the car and figure it out! The breakfast was excellent, a large selection, the staff was extremely helpful. The room was clean, comfortable. We were very satisfied. Excellent location, the center was close, train station max 10 minutes.

I stayed here with two friends, and it was a great experience. We rented a car and were happy to have secure parking provided by the hotel. They even locked it at night, but you could always ask for it to be opened whenever you needed to come or go, very convenient and safe. Check-in and check-out were done at the hotel next door, and the staff was always friendly and helpful whenever we had questions. The place was comfortable, with air conditioning and a TV, everything we needed for a relaxed stay. I would definitely recommend it for groups or anyone traveling with a car.
