She made us feel completely at home and shared wonderful stories about the history of the hotel, as well as many interesting insights about India. Her warmth and hospitality made a lasting impression on us. The overall hospitality throughout the hotel was fantastic. We were especially grateful for the assistance we received when our flight was cancelled. The support and follow-up we got from the hotel—right up until we were safely back in Belgium—were unbelievable. This level of care is something we will never forget. Everything was perfect The hotel is newly renovated and service are amazing. The gentleman at the desk also booked me trips for Agra and Jaipur. They are cheaper than Viator or Get Your Guide. Agra tour was perfect vip treatment, no waiting in the massive line. Jaipur was so so and the driver too.
