We visited Serene Crest Resort and had a delightful experience. This cozy resort, with its limited rooms, offers a serene and peaceful environment, making it an ideal getaway. While it isn't a fancy resort, the service provided by the staff was exceptional. Special thanks to Nakul, Nikhil, and Laxmi, whose dedication and customer-first attitude made our stay memorable. The location is good. The plantation visit was very excellent. The staff were friendly too. They took us to tea manufacturing unit too which was knowledge enhancing. Food was great. Overall, we enjoyed every moment there.

I would say, the best part is the hospitality. I don’t want to say any name in particular because I may miss someone, which I don’t want to. Well connected with the nature, with good facilities. Recommending for those who wanted to stay peacefully from busy life, it's a best place then with good facilities, and food. You should stay min 2-3 days to enjoy the place. We got chance to listen to live music band, which is occasionally. They have a complementary tea & snack bar near to paddy field which was a lovely, and reminds me the old good times. Very good Wi-Fi it's all around the property with good speed. We stayed at pool villa which was a nice option. Special thanks to the Front Office, House Keeping, Food and Beverage team.

I was pleasantly surprised during our stay at Great Trails Wayanad. Gorgeous scenery and view from balcony. The staff was exceptional and very attentive. Loved the food!
