We had a small vacation at Chandy's Drizzle Drops last weekend. The property is an exceptional place for a family vacation. Kids had a good time. Super luxurious cottage ( Thanks for the upgrade ) with beautiful view of valleys. Food and service is awesome. Friendly staffs. Thanks for the DJ and Barbeque Kids really enjoyed it.

The whole experience in this resort was wonderful. We had a great time staying here. The service was amazing and the staff were exceptionally nice. The resort is located in a very quiet area away from the mad rush of Munnar Town which was amazing. The food was also great from the restaurant and the staff were very friendly and very accommodating with all our requests. If you would like a getaway for a few days with your loved ones in Munnar, I would highly recommend this place.

The location is spectacular. The view is breathtaking. Make sure you book a room with a balcony. The architecture and the room features have a modern and clear design. The food is excellent and has a good value for money. The staff is very attentive.

The rooms are a good size and the fan only option is perfect for December temperatures in Munnar. We enjoyed the location and facilities so much that we extended our stay until Christmas. Although the price per room is higher over the Christmas period we strongly recommend that you treat yourself. The housekeeping team are excellent, they scrubbed, repaired and repainted rooms before new guests arrived. The team of reception staff were highly professional at all times, they speak excellent English and can assist with any questions you may have. The restaurant staff are well trained and very attentive and it is clear that the restaurant manager takes pride in maintaining high standards. The chef and kitchen staff also deserve our praise and thanks. We think we stayed long enough to try everything on the menu 😋 The presentation of the festive buffet was a feast for the eyes and equally delicious. If you are travelling by car or like us by bicycle you will find secure parking spaces on site and a friendly security guard to watch over your property. The bar attached to the side of the hotel is in need of refurbishment so it is much nicer to take a beer in your room or with dinner if that’s what you’re in to. While we were there a lounge bar was under development, we suspect this will be a nice place to relax with friends once it has been completed.
