The property is great as you would imagine for Hyatt but what makes it amazing is the staff. We were here earlier in the year and came back for one reason - Mathan - he was amazing and made our stay and has been the same also this time. Nothing is too much trouble for him and it has made our time in Chennai perfect both visits. All of the staff are great with everyone friendly and helpful which is why we chose to come here again when there are so many choices in Chennai

I arrived late, left early and stayed one night only, so I couldn't really enjoy all amenities, but the hotel was extremely nice. Not sure if I was lucky, but my room was in fact two rooms together, with a small kitchen, dining area, two bathrooms. Tough luck I couldn't enjoy it more than just for few hours of sleeping. Breakfast selection was enormous and more than adequate for my needs. The staff has been very helpful, thank you Ashwini for your kindness.
