The room was well appointed, although a little smaller than I expected, but very comfortable with pillow options and good blackout curtains. The breakfast was excellent, cooked to order with a great choice of local and western options, plus a buffet for fruit and pastries. We had a wonderful waiter called Jason who made our mornings extra special with his recommendations and excellent service. The doormen were also fantastic, always courteous and helpful when our Uber went to the wrong pick up! We loved the location of the hotel as it was less frantic then other places and very peaceful, it's also great to walk along Marine Drive in the evenings and people watch. We had a great stay!

The stay was exceptional and I usually leave strict reviews. Everyone was so helpful and welcoming. They even cleaned our room two times per day. Breakfast was exceptional, I wish it was closer to Europe so I could come back every year!

Beautifully decorated in art deco style , full of character . Very conveniently next to the airport particularly good for a short business trip. I realized it takes the same distance to anywhere from anywhere in Mumbai so best to stay in a comfortable hotel luxury hotel with a great spa right next door to the airport .

The breakfast provided was lavish will multiple cuisines available. Most of the dishes were prepared as per order and others were also hot. The breakfast was capable of catering to all the tastes, Indian as well as Asian and European / American. The lunch buffet was wonderful too with varied selections. The Mangrove bar was also wonderful with very good selections of drinks and snacks. The rooms were very well equipped, extremely comfortable and neat and clean. As for any Taj facility, the staff was outstanding and there is no single individual to whom we can compliment. The location, while within Mumbai, was peaceful and quiet and we had a soothing view of mangroves from our room. The wellness facility is excellent too and spa treatment was excellent with reasonable charges.

The hotel is nice and clean, suff is very polite and friendly. Hotel gives an option to choose dinner, not just breakfast. Food is very good and ok for European stomach. Hotel is near airport and not far till exhibition center. From this year there is regular key cards (Last year it was too hard to use a key just from special apps)
