When we made the reservation, we added a note requesting a fridge. Twenty minutes later, the hotel guest relations manager, Vered Elbar, called us to respond to our request. She was very welcoming and helpful. I made requests before at other hotels before this and I never received a personal response. When we arrived at the hotel, Vered greeted us, offered us refreshments and told us if we have any questions or concerns during our stay to call her directly. We got a very comfortable, quiet room with a magnificent view! We had lunch and supper there. The food was great and there was lots of variety.What was most impressive was how Ms Elbar made every effort to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied with our accommodation, Her kind and gracious demeanour was very welcoming. We would definitely return to this hotel and recommend the hotel to our friends.

‏Perfect getaway! The apartment was clean, modern, and had a stunning sea view. The private Jacuzzi made our stay so relaxing. Amazing location right by the beach. David was a fantastic host. ‏very helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Beautiful stylish decor in common areas, and expansive rooms, with high cielings, and pointed decoration. Beautiful beach views. Breakfast felt like a reception.     Room was beautiful and spacious. Nice view to the Sea. Balcony was relaxing. Good location close to kikar Ha'Atzma'ut. Spa and Indoor pool was very nice too.

    It’s a great location if you need or want to be in Netanya and our room had a balcony with a sea view . It’s only a few meters from tbe beach . Tbe room was clean snd tbe bed was comfortable .. It’s a business hotel with a ‘no children under 16 ‘ policy which suited us . There is a small breakfast room but no grounds or out door pool . . There is an indoor pool and spa though , just offering massage treatment ., The staff were generally very accommodating .

    Close to local to amenities, food good ie (breakfast) lots of choice. spa, gym area nice & relaxing, treatments therapist experienced Reception staff members helpful and friendly, Dinning staff only one Male member was friendly and helpful and smiled.

    Internet was great, rooms were some of the most spacious I have ever seen, breakfast was great, location - perfect for long walks at the seaside and also close to the main square. It was a great place to relax and focus on work.
