Stunning, magical, unique! Tugu Lombok is perfect! Location is on the spot, facilities are a splurge of good taste and food is absolutely delicious. The most important? Personnel! Amazing sympathy and interaction. Sorry all the others, nothing to complain, on the opposite, but Hadi was special! We won’t forget easily our holidays in Tugu Lombok!

This is the best hotel in Lombok, everything about it is above and beyond. Attention to detail is incredible. Spa is stunning. We loved every single detail about this hotel. A little quiet gem perfectly nested in Lombok. Rooms are perfectly crafted and every single detail made our stay more enjoyable especially the lovely staff who cared and catered to all of our needs seamlessly. This property is 10 mins away from Bangsal port in a peaceful location in Tanjung. My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. Their staff are contactable via WhatsApp and they were always quick to reply and act on any request. They have a great food selection in their in-house restaurant and awesome breakfast and they can organise activities and give great suggestions of the area. The Gili Islands are about 10-15 mins away by boat and you can organise scuba diving activities within the resort in their 5 star Padi Centre. The pool is wonderfully large and a great way to relax throughout the day. The room was spacious with beautiful free standing bath. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to Damar, Paizin, Rosman, Wika, Mira, Yani, Munir and the rest of the team for making our stay special.

Those villas are sooo beautiful!! Every detail has been worked on. Staff is super helpful, owner is very nice. There’s the driver included who took us to the restaurant, beach and even port to catch motorboat to gili. Nearby beach is calm, peaceful, there are almost no tourist. I highly recommend, I didn’t even expect such quality while booking.

We only stayed one night as passing through Lombok, wish we could have stayed longer! Staff were incredible and kind. They helped us out so much after having issues on our travels.
