We had an unforgettable stay in this truly unique location, nestled in the heart of Bali’s most stunning natural surroundings. The accommodation is small and wonderfully peaceful, with beautifully crafted bamboo-style rooms that offer both charm and comfort. The pool is a lovely spot to relax, perfectly complementing the serene atmosphere. What really sets this place apart, however, is the incredibly warm and attentive staff. They go above and beyond to ensure your stay is nothing short of perfect. A particularly touching gesture was when one of the staff members drove all the way back home to fetch traditional clothing for us, so we could attend a Hindu ceremony at a nearby family temple—an experience we’ll never forget. They are also an invaluable source of local knowledge, able to connect you with the very best guides if you’re interested in learning about Balinese customs and history, or if you simply want to immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Sekumpul. The area is breathtaking, with terraced rice fields, lush, aromatic vegetation filled with herbs and fruits, and of course, the magnificent waterfalls that are nothing short of awe-inspiring. We couldn’t recommend this place more highly—it’s a hidden gem and a perfect retreat for those seeking a genuine and enriching Bali experience.

You need to stay at this property! This is a must! Everything far exceeded all expectations facilities were clean, the beds were extremely comfortable and the sheets and towels smelled amazing, the water was hot, the view was amazing and Kama is so lovely. The people who work for this beautiful place, are the best part of the experience. Yes, you arrive to a breathtaking view, but they are the ones making you feel like at home from the beginning. They care so much, and so fast trying to do everything we ask for - makes this place the BEST we have ever stayed at (and we travel the world a LOT!) We appreciate you all, really all of you, from the reception to the guys opening the gate, the kitchen, gardeners and massage therapists, Risma, Bagas, Yudi! The amount of work went into this property is unbelievable, and the good energy comes through because of the people who took the effort to plan it, design it, build it and work here today every day :) The owners did an amazing job, beautiful paintings, wooden statues everywhere made by locals, we really noticed all the details and thanks to the girls showing us the book, we look at everything differently knowing it all! Breakfast is delicious and generous, rooms are cleaned perfectly and if you find bugs anywhere, stop complaining - just remember YOU ARE IN NATURE! Strawberry cocktails with arak, rum and no vodka, taste like heaven! We had one almost every day haha! You really don’t need an extra alcohol in this drink. So anyway, the power of mother nature took over our body the moment we arrived and made us feel sooo relaxed, you have no choice really, just feel amazing. We love you all and will be forever thankful for our experience here! Suksma!!!

We had a very nice stay in a nicely furnished beautiful villa. However the private swimming poll was useless for us as situated in the shade and therefore the water was very cold. Very good food in the restaurant (attention a lot of stairs) next to a nice swimming pool with a beautiful view on hills and rice terraces. There is a possibility to book excursions and trekking. Very nice spa treatments. Very friendly service in the restaurant and spa.

The location was incredibly peaceful. Ideally, It was situated amongst rice fields, which was just divine. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and just lots of fun 😊 to be around.They were very accommodating for all my needs. Nothing ever was difficult, always willing to help with big smiles. They went the extra mile for my birthday and made it such a special evening.. The spa and wellness centre was just exhilarating overlooking the jungle ... Had such a wonderful time.
