Very well maintained with the loveliest staff. The resort is right on the beach. The breakfast is very good although it could be slightly more varied if you’re expecting to stay for a while. The spa facilities are nice and the massages are well priced.

Very comfortable perfect stay. The room was large, beautiful and luxurious. The staff were so kind and helpful. The breakfast is really good. Drinking water fountain outside the room. We got excellent massages in the spa. It was perfect to recover from our Rinjani trek, and we would have liked to stay longer.

Amazing view if you book sea view room. Very calm surrounding area. Good for reading, sunbathing. Very trustworthy gardeners, because gardens and all hotel surroundings very beautiful. Restaurant waiters are well trained and managing they jobs very well. Always looking smart, happy and helpful. Tables always clean, tidy, cleared fast. Biggest compliments to them. Spa is beautiful. Atmosphere relaxing. Ginger tea was really good. Massage ladys were very nice, very soft hands, very professional. Bari best for massage.

The restaurants and the pool were nice with great swim up bar. The onsite spa was really good and reasonable cost. The breakfast had a great selection of Asian and Western choices. Cute cat and turtle sanctuary at the hotel. We were here at the end of our honeymoon to relax and it was perfect for that. Wonderful sunset view.

Beautiful pool and established gardens, option of both sun and shade around pool and beach area. Quiet and peaceful, ideal for relaxing. Restaurants in hotel are good and very generous breakfast included with good barista coffee. Rooms are older in style but very clean and comfortable, excellent pillows and bedding and lovely outlook from the rooms. Staff are friendly, professional and very helpful. Day spa and gym are very good. Nice to see the hotel keeping the beach clean and supporting turtle conservation.

- Very nice and welcoming staff, always ready to help you - The outdoor space is outstanding - Really good spa (facilities and massage) - We did 2 tours (Gili nangu and waterfalls) and both were amazing - Very good food (a bit too expensive when compared to Indonesia overall) - The beach was a nice surprise. In front of the hotel is nothing special but you just need to walk a bit (5 min) and you will find nice spot to relax and swim - Bed night stories and cookies every day and some days some messages at breakfast, great!
