I love everything about this hotel. The location is perfect, the room is spacious and modern, the service is excellent. Especially, Dwi in the restaurant is really helpful and super nice. The food is delicious with an affordable price for a 5-star hotel. Definitely, I will be back and recommend it to my family and friends

I don’t even know where to start… This place is a gem! Starting from service ending with views and facilities. Everything was great. Definitely exceeded our expectations. We spent our last two days of the vacation at this property before flying back home, and it was the best decision we had ever made on our trip. Very relaxing resort, great spa with gorgeous views,lots of treatments and massages are offered, two big pools, air conditioned library, friendly professional personnel I can go on and on. Dini, Ken and Windhi made our stay so much more fun and easy. Their professional and friendly approach throughout our stay and voluntary entertainment of our 4 months old daughter during our meals was amazing! Also, we had a delay with our departure and they allowed us to hang out at the library until our departure. They also offered us a room for shower and to get our baby a place to nap. We appreciated this kind generous gesture. The room was beautiful and spacious. Outdoor shower was lovely. The property in general is beautiful and grounds are well maintained.The food was delicious. We are definitely planning to come back and stay longer in the future!

This hotel is absolutely stunning, the architecture and layout are superb. The staff is just on another level, they were extremely professional, kind and friendly. It is probably the hotel with the best service we received in Indonesia after travelling for a month. The villas are gorgeous, and the view of the ocean and the sunset is unmatched. Whoever build and is responsible for managing this hotel ( as we learned it was a new property) clearly has worked in the hospitality industry before, the service is 5 stars in every single aspect.

Value for money. Staff, manager, chef all are friendly and helpful. Always welcoming with good manners. Breakfast is superb. The best to stay with sunset view. Will looking forward to stay again at this hotel for my next honeymoon trip.

The best, most quality, most relaxing time in Lombok. The hotel staff is very helpful, in contact with each other, there were never any misunderstandings when communicating, everything went smoothly. The villas are luxurious, spacious, wonderfully comfortable and large bed, perfectly working air conditioning, the bathroom / shower area is very spacious, equipped with the most necessary amenities, kimono and other stuff. Private pool - 10/10 - large, clean, extremely pleasant for swimming. The hotel area is well-maintained, palm trees everywhere, a space where you can lie in a hammock and listen to the sound of the sea. The beach by the sea is extremely beautifully arranged, the sun loungers are comfortable, there is an opportunity to order food or drinks right by the sea, you don't have to go anywhere. The hotel restaurant - 10/10 - the food is incredibly delicious, large portions, professional service, friendly, caring staff. We ate the most delicious snacks, drank the most delicious cocktails, and the breakfast won our hearts - a very wide selection (from eggs benedict to their own granola with yogurt and fruit). After our visit to Lombok, we traveled to Gili Trawangan - the hotel organized a private fast boat to the island, we didn't have to travel to the port ourselves, we left from the hotel beach. Everything was unreal, thank you, we recommend everyone to come and experience it.

Seven Secrets really exceeded our expectations. The location is great; it's tucked away at the end of a beautiful bay with white sandy beach and palm trees all around. The resort is small and intimate but provides all the facilities and services of larger resorts. The large infinity swimming pool overlooks the beach and there's plenty of day beds and shade, as there is along the front of the beach. The free 15 minute welcome massage was excellent and the spa facilities are top class, as is the gym. Breakfast is included and it's sumptuous. We ate at the resort every night of the seven we there and didn't nearly get through all the items of the menu. On the first night they told us that if there was something not on the menu to just tell them and they would arrange for the chef to make it. There's a good range of local, Asian and Western food and plenty of vegetarian options. The grilled seafood platter was a highlight. And then there's the cocktails...delicious, but be warned, they are strong! There's plenty of space to sit along the beachfront and watch the amazing sunsets across the water over Bali. The resort is owned by an architect and it shows. The design is gorgeous, paying a lot of attention to detail, taking the natural environment into account and making great use of the space. The rooms are huge and have big balconies with their own jacuzzi. The indoor/outdoor showers are some of the best I've ever seen. Comfortable beds and excellent stereo speakers for music. But I've saved the best for last - the staff. Gardeners, house-keeping, spa attendants, security, reception, food and beverage staff, and management were all top notch. They were friendly, professional and genuinely cared that we were having a good time. There were so many little touches and we really felt sad to leave. The location and facilities make it hard to criticise this resort, but the staff make it impossible :) Thanks everyone!

The food was amazing ! We ‘only’ had the breakfast and ‘tea break’ but it was sooo nice. The pool is warm and has a great view. The staff is very friendly. We had everything we needed and even more !

We loved our stay at this guesthouse; it was by far the best homestay accommodation we had in Indonesia. The owners and the staff are really helpful, cleaning of the room is made every day; change of sheets and towels at 3 days; really comfortable bed and good aircon; they provide service of laundry , scooter rentals and also organize trips with private driver on the island. Breakfast was great every day and also is a shared kitchen where you had fruits, juices, coffee, water at all time complimentary from the house. The garden is really beautiful and is a great space to stay in the evening and socialize. In order to move around from the location is necessary however a scooter or taxi, since there are about 5 km to Senggigi or to Mataram; The beach that is close by is not very nice, so is better to go in Senggigi. There are restaurants and shops at maximum 5 minutes walk distance to the property. We considered it to be a great value for the services they provided.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were super helpful and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure our stay is enjoyable. I highly recommend staying at Sudamala if you are looking for a relaxing experience. The room was also spotless and equipped with everything we needed. They have coffee machines and smart TVs. The view was breathtaking and sitting down in the balcony was so enjoyable. The housekeeping service was brilliant (we stayed in room 220). Overall, it was really difficult to fault the hotel. Well done Sudamala team... Keep up the good work.

Beautiful place. Beach was actually quite clean, unlike what I read in other reviews. Staff is super kind. Rooms are very clean and comfortable.
