We had a fantastic time at the Sundancer! We’ve been there for four nights and didn’t want to leave. Everything was great. Beautiful and very clean accomodation which is well maintained. This is the best resort I have ever visited. Their staff are friendly, breakfast is good and the sea beach and the mountains from the resort are very beautiful. You can relax on the beach or enjoy a mocktail in the restaurant with a view of the sea and mountains. If you want to stay away from the hassle and bustle and enjoy some peaceful moments by the sea and mountains, then this is surely the best one to visit.

Hendi is a great host who tries his best to ensure you have a great stay. The room is exactly as seen in the pictures - very basic, but if you’re looking for an authentic experience of island life on Gili Gede then this is it! The location is right on the beach in the middle of the local’s village. There’s some Warungs near by otherwise you can walk 20 mins to the other side of the island where there’s a variety of places to eat.

All staff is so well trained: smiling, saying hello, helping! Beautiful pool area, delicious food in the restaurant - not overpriced - I was suprised about the prices - they are really down to earth. The location is futher from everything which makes it perfect to enjoy the nature. The hotel is very stylish, comfortable, beautiful greenery all around. The beach is breathtaking, with magic sunsets and sunrises. I can only say it was a perfect stay.

Stunning location and outlook, walk straight out to the beach and swim/snorkel in the clear, clean water. Lovely architecture of the buildings, great attention to detail in the villa. Lovely pool and a beach swing out front. The staff were exceptional and the service impeccable. Very easy place to stay and relax. Almost no mosquitoes, wild horses a few minutes walk away. Could have stayed here for much longer! I wish I'd found this place earlier.

I loved how quiet and relaxing this place was! Upon arrival, we got a cold drink and towel and we were even offered an upgrade as one of the other rooms was available. The hotel organised a taxi for us from bangsal port to the hotel (2 hour drive) which was super helpful! The daily breakfast was my favourite part, you get a main, tea or coffee, fresh juice and a fruit platter and it was all sooo yummy. The staff were so lovely as well and everything felt very clean, including the pool.
