Only have great things to say about this property. Easy check in and check out. The house was clean, the location is great. Around 10-15min to Nagoya hill and harbour bay. We came as a group of 7adults and 2children. There are 2 toilets and the facilities are good. Owner very friendly and easy to deal with.

Owner is very hospitable. Property is crystal clean and situated on a very high floor in the building. Very advanced entry process and felt extremely secure. Kitchen and utensils are available and WiFi is good. Situated near to Pollux Habibi mall and only a 5 min car ride to Batam Center port.
