Location was great, it was a 5 minutes walk to Grand Batam Mall. There's eateries and spa centres nearby as well.
Room was simple. nice and clean. Breakfast was okay. They have an upgrading in some part of the building from 10am to 5pm, noise level was okay, bearable, as the loudest was at the lobby. so no issue for us.

The price was good and there is a 24hr mart just across the road so, so that was really convenient.
The is a SPA in the hotel so you dont have to walk out to find a Massage Parlor .
Also, the breakfast was pretty decent and i actually enjoyed it

Very clean and spacious. Hotel staff went out of their way to help us secure a connecting room. Breakfast was very good. Good variety and delicious. Love the organic soya milk. Location is also very good. Located between 2 malls and many massage parlour

All staff in the hotel were friendly, accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was awesome.. spa and massage parlour was in the hotel itself. Good service.

I only stayed for a night, so didn't have a chance to experience most facilities. However, the room is nice, spacious and clean. The breakfast has various choices. And the hotel is located near Harbor Bay ferry port with so many restaurants/places to eat, spa and massage places, all within walking distances.
