We enjoyed our stay. Very friendly owners and staff. They do everything to make you feel comfortable. The cottages are very spacious and super clean. Everything has just been renovated. The location is great, overlooking the mountains and beautiful with the sunset over the pool. Nice breakfast and very good restaurant. Fresh and delicious Our son had his birthday during our stay and the staff had made a nice cake for him. If we are in Bali again we will definitely come back!

Breakfast was great. A typical Bali breakfast. I asked for a boiled egg and got it. Staff and family wonderful. Eka was delightful and her Spa treatments are excellent. The place was exactly as described and we love it there. The gardens were exquisite and a beautiful pool

Great place , customer service great , food yummy , we got an upgraded room for free ( didn’t expect that), so grateful for this opportunity to experience a great two storey Villa with the sea view and own pool. My recommendation , do not book dolphin or snorkeling tour in advance , because right in front of the hotel they have all these services so you can just jump on the boat anytime. Also do not rush to meet dolphins on the sunrise , they stay there long after the sunrise , and on the sunrise it looks like a massive dolphin hunt not a dolphin swim or watch . There is plankton in the water , skin is itchy afterwards so keep it in mind when you put children in the water .

The staff went all the way to make our stay unforgettable. 4 years after Covid our honeymoon finally happend and The Damai made sure we celebrated in style. From the room to the massages, the complimentary transport services and the brilliant food, it was the best we ever had. And lets not forget the beautiful flowers we got at our candle light diner. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at the Seruna Villa! The staff and owners were very accommodating and helped us out with any questions and requests we had (renting scooters, SIM card, etc). Nice bonus was the sweet little doggo. When we left the last day 5am we were even waived goodbye and our rooms were doublechecked for not forgetting any of our belongings. All in all, amazing service and definitely recommended if Lovina is part of your itinerary! Thank you for having us and all the best! 😄

Amazing and cozy staying at brand new villas with a pool. It is super clean, without bad smell in the rooms. Friendly hosts and service, if you need sth - just let them know, they would give everything to make you feel comfortable. And in the end - super tasty pineapple pancakes. We felt like home.     This is a very unique property. We loved it. The lay out of the rooms was cosy but comfortable. The staff were truly amazing. We were offered a generous fruit platter each on arrival as well as a complimentary leg and foot massage. Breakfast was as also generous in their portions. The room was clean and comfortable with an indoor and outdoor day bed. The spa option were extensive.

    -Beautiful resort with nice pool area -Friendly and supportive staff -Breakfast buffet so everyone finds food -Bungalows are great in size and have everything you need, and if wished also sea view -Lots of new trainees that get trained very well! You can see that they invest a lot in training and good quality service -Spa area was stunning! And we had the best massage here in whole Bali

    Beautiful serene setting. The private villa with infinity pool and outdoor kitchen was fabulous, all overlooking the ocean. Great breakfast. The lovely owner/ host Dian and husband were very helpful.Dian even organised a private yoga session for us. Also enjoyed several great massages with Julie at the day spa.

    The room was spacious and clean, good wifi, but the best is really the staff and the swimming pool area, also kept very clean, with comfortable sunbeds as wel. The breakfast was also always delicious and they offer massages here as well. I had a very good Balinese massage. The location is also great, short walk to the beach and restaurants. This is the place to stay in Lovina for a few truly relaxing and peaceful days.
