The location is great with the wildlife and not too far for the beaches. I liked our room even though we had the odd snake and lizard in the room. It just added to the experience. The staff are always so happy and friendly even the gardeners and room cleaners. Always happy to help.The trees and gardens are well looked after. I like the fact the staff reminded us of our booking came with breakfast We didn't realise .thankyou for that also the choice was great.

I had booked 1 night… and I ended up staying 10 days! Almost everything is said with this sentence. I loved my stay at Villa Casablanca Surf Keramas. After staying in several hotels in Indonesia, I felt at home here. A family atmosphere reigns in the hotel, the staff is incredibly friendly and very available when needed. The rooms are comfortable, bright, the bedding is good quality, the bathroom is large (the shower pressure is great! And the water is hot!). The swimming pool and the area around it are also very pleasant. I really had a quality stay, if I return to Keramas I will definitely stay here again. I would like to thank all the staff for making my stay so perfect. A very big THANK YOU to: Anies, what a professional!, she manages a lot of things but she always remains available, so friendly and delicate to help us whatever the request; to Pitri, Nia, Kadek, Gusti, Gede, Ngurah… (I am sorry if I do mistakes in writing the first names and if I forget any) whether for the preparation of the excellent breakfast that I had every morning (best time of the day!), for their delicacy in the service in the restaurant, for taking care of my room by cleaning it, for helping me carry my suitcases… a big thank you to all. We stayed here for one night during our trip to Bali. The price included several activities in the safari park, such as a tiger show, animal show, elephant show, fire dance, and a safari tour on a bus. The ambiance was absolutely stunning, offering a once-in-a-lifetime experience for someone like me who dreams of visiting Africa but hasn't had the chance yet. This experience provided a taste of safari in a controlled environment. The fire dance at night was incredible, with dancers performing to the rhythm of African music. You can also do other activities for an extra price like feeding giraffes and riding an elephant. Breakfast at the Lion Restaurant was also included, where we enjoyed a buffet of various dishes with a lion just a foot away from us, separated by glass. I highly recommend this experience, especially for families with children. Breakfast was very good, location private and nice but if you are expecting discos, people, shops or a very nice beach don't go there, it is mostly made of black rocks and black sand, keep in mind. Hearing the waves during night from the bedroom and not a single noise apart of that and the birds and geckos around was awesome!
