The place is magical, the staff are most kindly, attentive and always offer their services with a smile. The sea with beautiful waves, the trees with their healing energy. The most fabulous sunrise. The room is cleaned daily and water provided! Hearty breakfast! Delicious food and a pleasure to enjoy it on the beach by the light of lanterns and candles. So romantic! Place for yoga in the back, in the middle of nature, where you can hear the birds, it's more than perfect for meditation. Magic for yoga retreats and other beautiful events I extended my stay from 4 days to more a 3 weeks. Thank you SeriResort for the dream vacation.

Uncle Google makes the place! There was a problem with our booking (the villa we booked was unavailable due to need for maintenance) and he promptly figured it out + prepared another villa for us. He guided us around the island and helped find the spot where you can dive to see the statues. He prepared a great breakfast (Google omelette and Google coffee 🔝) and and “to go” meal for us, and was very attentive to whatever we might need (bike, umbrella, flashlight, ferry tickets, mosquito tablets).

Best resort at Trawangan. Chilled, comfy, clean and at good place. No partying morons, no kids. U can take your time. I went few times around island and after what I saw I can easily say, best one. Gym is missing, that's all I found like minus, but overall TOP. Happy to choose that one. Spent there one week.

The whole experience has been a paradise. Since we arrived the personal attention and dedication has been incredible. They will surprise you with little details continiously. Apart from that the place, the rooms, the pool, everything is like being in a pink heaven. Jan, wich was the person who cared about us, not only was a nice person to talk but also was always interested in our confort and necessities. He helped us to book some trips and even a driver (who was also nice) to pick up us on the next island. If we come back to Gili Air we will repeat without a doubt.

Location was good and with direct access to the main street where the most restaurants and bars are. The hotel is clean and rooms comfortable enough despite not being too big. The pool is simply great and close to every room of this hotel, which is fantastic. It feels like your own private pool as you have about 3 meters between the entrance of every room and the pool. Special mention to Marcel, which is the operations manager of the hotel and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Definitely the best staff we encountered in all of our stays in different hotels in Bali. Facilites are great, but hospitality business and great service is made by the people.. congratulations for the owner and hotel that has such a genuine and great person taking care of his guests!

Everything! The rooms, the pool, the staff, the location, all was great. The staff is very caring and give you free snacks and drinks throughout the day. The location is a bit outside of the main street but you can rent bikes so its perfect. They have nice sunset parties everyday with fire shows. We only booked 2 nights initally and ended up staying 7! The rooms are beautiful and comfortable.

We left another hotel on Gili Air in the middle of the night and were welcomed at Divino Hotel during the night. The staff is more than just friendly – they felt like family. My child was greeted and entertained every day; they truly adored her. The owner, as well as everyone else, was incredibly kind and welcoming. Breakfast could be chosen the day before, and everything was freshly prepared just for you. That was something very special for us – they planned and prepared everything down to the time, and always with a smile. Everything tasted delicious. The room was very clean, and we had everything we needed – completely different from the place before. Housekeeping was always top-notch. I would happily book this hotel again and again. It’s a peaceful place where you can truly relax. It’s never overcrowded, not even at the pool. We had a lovely pool and were always there alone. We absolutely loved our stay – thank you so much for everything, and for the beautiful time we had.
