Although La Antigua is amazing city, there is no need to leave this marvelous hotel. I've visited dozens of hotels through my live. Most of them were wery good. But this one is above all of them and above my secret expectations. Highly professional service and staff as well as smooth music, that can be heard in common spaces and relaxing smells, build the atmosphere of wellbeing and luxury. Additional gems are free entrance to the meseum, to the pottery and chocolate workshops and the private, guarded, underground parking. What an amazing place. I wish everybody could stay there.

The hotel was very cozy. The views from the rooftop excellent. The bedding was extremely comfortable.Breakfast was delicious. Location unbeatable and the staff very helpful.

Great location a short walk from everything. Spa was reasonably priced (we went twice). Breakfast had several excellent local choices. Views of the volcanos from the upper levels were good.

Room was spacious and beds were very comfortable. The hotel had a hot tub but we did not try it, it did seem to get crowded at night time.

I have travelled all over the world and this is the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. The photos do not do it justice. Literally every corner of the property has been carefully detailed and designed. It is stunning, and super comfortable with a great location and friendly staff.

This place is AMAZING. Honestly I never wanted to leave. The glass front view in the lodge and the floor to ceiling glass in the shower is just stunning. We loved watching the volcano come day or night from bed or from the terrace! Really comfy bed, well equipped kitchen and there's even a yoga mat. We ate dinner in the restaurant which was lovely and everything tasted fresh, it was a little expensive (3 courses for 200Q each) but was very enjoyable with a good view. Couldn't recommend more and would love to return!

The pool is small but a beautiful setting. We were the only ones in there. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and always with a smile. We were sad to leave.
