We loved the cultivated environment (garden, trees, grass, flowers) . The hotel has very good private beach. The materials used for the construction are high valued (a lot of lime stone). The capacity not to be overcrowded. We had breakfast and dinner, waste of quality food.

Amazing new hotel, everything is just so stylish and gives a nice luxe feel. The staff is great. We got our room upgraded cause it was my friend’s birthday trip, thank you so much!! The pool area with cozy beds, the private beach zone, free smoothies were brought to your sunbed. I got a really good deal for this hotel but our experience was worth much more thanks to them ;)

The sea front executive suites are amazing, the sun set for your own private pool is something exceptional, just go for it... We had an unforgettable stay at Nalu Resort in Rethymno! The hotel itself is stunning, with a modern yet cozy atmosphere, and the staff are truly exceptional—always attentive, friendly, and ready to help with a smile. A special big thank you to Vicki in the breakfast room for starting our mornings with such warmth, and to the beach / pool, reception and housekeeping team for their great service. We chose the premium jacuzzi room, and it was absolutely the best decision—pure comfort and luxury! The location is perfect: just a short distance to the beautiful Rethymno town, which is truly a pearl, and also a great base for exploring many interesting spots around Crete. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. We’re already looking forward to returning!

The hotel is beautiful. It really does take you to your own little paradise. Everything is easy to find and there’s plenty of great facilities. The hotel rooms were a great size and had everything you needed including a free minibar. Towels for the pool were available, the sunbeds were beautiful overlooking the pools (there are three beautiful pools!). The restaurant serves amazing food and the staff were so amazing and friendly

We loved everything about our stay at Uzenie Hotel! From the first day it felt so easy and comfortable to be there: the staff are just amazing, always smiling, super friendly and ready to help with anything. Upon arrival we were told that the best thing about the hotel is the people working there and I couldn’t agree more. Our room with a private pool was perfect. Big, clean, stylish, everything is new. The whole hotel looks new and it feels really nice just to walk around. The food was great as well, both breakfast and dinner buffets were so tasty with lots of choice. Honestly the best food we had on the island was here at the hotel restaurant haha The beach is beautiful and very clean. We also tried yoga in the morning by the sea and it was such a cool experience. You can tell the hotel does everything to make guests happy. After this stay we went to another 5 star hotel in Crete and it was not even close to Uzenie. This place is really special and one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. If you can book it, do it.
